- To the remainin green mixture..add very little oil to the big vessel cook the gravy till oil separates from sides and add the baked chicken to it,turn on both the sides,then heat up the charcoal..take a very small bowl add the hot charcoal to it keep on the chicken,pour the ghee on the top of the charcoal and close the lid for 20 mins.
- Serve the plate with cabbage,some onions..keep the chicken in between and add fresh lemon to it,serve hot👍
